Getting started

1. See a finished red file first. The sample loan is a published sample closing package, read by the same pipeline your files go through. It costs nothing and needs no upload.
2. Upload your loan file. Open Mortgages and drop in the package as one PDF. See What to upload.
3. Watch it being read. The workspace shows each stage and how many pages are done. See While a file is read.
4. Read the red file. The dashboard leads with the verdict and what stands between the file and closing. Every issue links to its page. See Reading the red file.
5. Ask about it. The chat button opens an expert that has the whole file in front of it and answers with page citations.

Every ⓘ in the workspace explains the term next to it. The first loan file you open shows a short tour of the workspace; skip it any time.
